The other day we made a list of things we want to do, be or have now we are instructed to go back & write beside each item on our list which category they fall in. And then add up how many do's, be's & have's are on your list. Mine were Have's- 1, Do- 10 & Be- 12, as you can see I didnt come up with 25 things.. Then you are suppose to list the top 5 in each category. Well since I only have 1 have it would be - have a MP3 player that I know how to load the music on & that I have a cord to recharge it ( I have a cheapy MP3 player but cant find the cord to recharge it & I dont have instructions on how to upload to it, but Nat helped me last time , so Im good). My top Be's would be content with who I am, passionate about God, more positive outlook on life, loving, supportive, good wife,mom & grandma. My top Do list would be create more, live a healthier lifestyle, volunteer at something Im passionate about, organize & purge, learn to just relax.
Attitude adjustment: from now on you'll be traveling the road between who you think you are & who you can be. The key is to allow yourself to make that journey. (words of wisdom from the father in the movie The Princess Diaries.
With your list you have gained a clearer picture of who you want to become, what you want to do and what you hope to have in your lifetime. Dont be discouraged if the journey ahead seems long. Each day will bring you closer to your destination of becoming the woman you want to become. Remember: you'll never become who you want to be by remaining who you are.
