Fudge & Mouse

 Tried a new easy fudge recipe today, tasted pretty much like my other fudge recipe, that takes a lot longer.
1 can of milk chocolate icing, 1- 12 oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips , melt together & add nuts if you want pour in 8x8 pan. YUM.. If you need a quick chocolate fix this is it. :)

We had a little excitement tonight, Chuck saw a mouse run across the floor in the living room, I dont think we have had a mouse for years, really only remember seeing a few mice in the 17 years we have lived here. We were surprised & proud of Emmy our cat, Chuck said at one point Emmy had the mouse but she got away & we caught the mouse with a bowl. We didnt figure Emmy would even know what to do with a mouse.
