Wednesday Family Dinner Dessert


Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese softened
1 c sugar
2/3 c peanut butter
2/3 c whipped topping
14 peanut butter cups, divided
1 chocolate crumb crust
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar & peanut butter until light & fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Coarsely chop 1/2 of the peanut butter cups stir into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon into crust. Quarter remaining peanut butter cups; arrange on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.. serves 6-8
Jessica loves peanut butter pie I hope this is a good recipe & she likes it..:) We are having spaghetti bake, salad & garlic bread .
