Its Beginning to look like Fall....

After our morning walk this morning, Taylor helped me get the Fall decorations out of the attic, well ok she really didnt help but she played with them as I got them down. :)I forgot about some of the things we had, we havent decorated for several years, now with Taylor here I think she will enjoy them. Probably not to much this year but in the years to come.
We set up a little Fall area before you go into the living room, I want to spray paint the little table black, maybe T & I will get some paint tomorrow after story time at the library.
I decided as much as Taylor is getting around these days that it was time to put the seat up on the lion & have her walk behind it. She enjoyed it except she loves to push the lions nose so it makes noise.
So she is maneuvering herself around the side to get up front to the nose. Yep she is one smart & determined girl..:)
Almost there...

planting, going for a walk, exercising

Taylor trying out a piano from grandma & grandpa Zickafoose (I think)

No batteries in it yet but she loved pulling herself up to it & pushing the keys. Taylor LOVES music...
Taylor helps me with my stomach crunches when I work out...:) And she claps for me, how is that for an audience when you work out cheering you on..:)
Time to plant the tulips

pretty cool flower planter, it makes a hole & then you squeeze the handles & it releases the dirt on top, maybe next year Taylor will appreciate this tool as much as I do...
checking out the tulip bulbs
feeling the tulip bulbs
Of course eventually went to her mouth, She didnt eat any so noone needs to worry..
dropping the bulb into our hole we dug

Our tulips are all pink to support breast cancer
next comes the watering

going for our afternoon walk around the neighborhood. She loves this musical toy (I think from Grandma Jackie) it even plays some classical songs, Did I mention T LOVES music & she always moves & sways when she hears it.

Its beginning to look like fall around the neighborhood. I told T we will have to get our Fall decorations out at grandma house tomorrow.
We even had a pretty orange leaf fall out of a tree & land practically in T's lap, How is that for God sharing his fall beauty with us.

Craving God Day 6

Friends Dont Let Friends Eat Before Thinking.....
Thought for the day: Its possible to muster up the occasional gumption to avoid the slippery slope of compromising a diet. But more often than not, we need measures of accountability. For me,(the author) one of the most effective accountability measures has been mutually tracking progress with a friend.
The author says I love the song by the Supremes that says, Stop in the name of love, before you break my heart. Think it over. Who would have thought this classic tune could apply to so much more than a girlfriend warning her wayward beau? Contained within the melody is a powerful statement that applies to many areas of our life: Think it over. I wonder how many bad choices & severe consequences could have been averted if that three-word statement had been applied. A good way to help in this area is to have an accountability partner or friend to help track your progress. Talk about what you will be eating each day. Then report back whether you stuck to the plan or battled with temptation. Their motto was If its not part of the plan, dont put it in your mouth.

Taylor didnt feel good today :)

Trying to get a photo of T in her cute addidas outfit I think Grandma Jackie got her..
She was scrunched down in her high chair sticking her belly out..:)
Cute little shoes we got her last week. She looks so grown up in this picture
