we also got this cool vaccum that makes noise, too bad it really doesnt work
I like milk....Grandma has been giving me just a little a couple times a week
YUM

we made a new little friend today, Anthony is 3 months old
we got to play with musical instrauments
I liked shaking the beads
The leaves are turning beautiful colors & this 80 degree weather is AWESOME!!!

Taylor is on the move

Taylor is getting very mobile. I ran upstairs to take some laundry & was gone about 5 minutes I had left her playing in her little play garden thing in the family room, when I got to the top of the stairs to come down, she had already crawled up the 1st set of steps & was up 3 of the top set. I think its about time for a baby gate...

she was rather proud of herself.
Look at me grandma :)
She also loves to pull herself up on the book case & pull all the books off

Poor Taylor was up last night with the bug Jess had on Sunday night. After her morning nap she was her regular self...:)

Craving God Day 7

Finding My Beautiful
Thought for the day:
Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not.-Ralph Waldo Emerson
The author says she doesnt know a woman alive who is completely happy with her body. No woman has said I eat healthy, I exercise & I love the way I look 100 %. Have yo ever met anyone who has said these things. Some perceived flaws are related to weight, but just as often we find imperfections that exercise cant cure, such as body shape, height, genetics or signs of aging. We tend to focus on what we see wrong with our bodies, including negative impressions and comments that stick with us from childhood. The author says I will always have cellulite, stand 5'7" and have a low waistline. She knows these are shallow concerns in the scheme of life but if I allow my brain to park in a place of dissatisfaction about my body, it gives Satan room to strip me of motivation by whispering "your body is never going to look the way you want it to look, so why sacrifice so much? We need to remember to seek the Lords perspective in Psalms it says Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.. and forget not all his benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love & compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.
The Bible tells us that the body he gave us is good. Its not perfect, nor will it ever be on this side of eternity. But our bodies are a gift, a good gift for which we can be thankful. Being faithful in taking care of this gift & walking according to God's plan gives us renewed strength to keep a healthy view of our bodies. Many things we see as negative God can use as good, the author talks about her "thick" ankles, but the benefits of them are she can hike with her husband, stand cheering for her kids at multiple sporting events, chase her dog through the yard & she has never sprained her ankle.
We need to find our beautiful like the quote at the beginning, dont hold your beautiful up to others. We each have our own beautiful.

Making Cake Pops & Park

Monday mommy was sick & stayed home, but Taylor spent a little time with me she wasnt feeling to well either, so she played in her high chair while I cleaned the kitchen
Today(tuesday) was g-daddy day off, Im getting really good at walking behind my lion, mommy took a video maybe she will send it to all of us after cradle school

we got a cake pop maker to make cute little cupcakes for Taylors birthday, so Taylor & I decided we would practice todayhelping stir the batter
filling our little cupcake pan
all done now we have to dip them in melting chocolate
After nap g-daddy took us to the park

going down the slide with g-daddy

Taylor is tetter tottering with one of my former preschooles Lauren
Taylor was more interested in waving to everyone at the park instead of playing

The leaves are really starting to change, it was rather warm I had to take off my sweatshirt, wish I would have remembered what I had on underneath

I like the book Nana sent me, can you see my eyes in the pumpkin

Last Week

I didnt take many photos last week, T was not feeling well so it was a little rough. This was on Friday & she had cute pigtails & all ready for story time, we didnt make it to story time because she finally fell asleep on me & slept for several hours right through story time. I figured she needed the sleep more.
