Jess Taylor & I left home at 10 am & drove to Goshen where Jess had rented a meeting room at a hotel to host her college roommamte Michelle bridal shower.
Taylor loved playing on the luggage cart, she loves anything she can climb up on & sit on.

I painted the window box I bought at a rummage a few weeks back, It was cream colored I painted it white. We added letter tot he front of it for a table decoration for the bridal shower
We made cute little purses with a Hershey chocolate nugget candy inside for little favors
Here it is with the letters on it, we will attach Michelle & Kevins engagement photos to the screens in between the window panes. We have potted flowers to put in the window box part. I will take photos at the shower after we get everything set up, Jess has put a lot of time & effort into this shower
I forgot to take a photo of the banner we made. I will at the shower. I think I will put this in the playroom maybe I will put little containers in the window box & store art supplies (pencils, crayons etc. Or I will put baby supplies like baby powder, lotion etc. Have to wait & see...
Melissa Rockel, Chuck & Angie Martin. The girls are sisters & worked for Chuck about 25 years ago when he was the manager at Wendy's. Melissa even dressed up as Wendy for some different functions. We have a picture of the our girls when they were little with her. We had a great dinner & visit with them & their mom & Melissa's boys..This is the shirt they got Chuck for his 50th bday along with the donation to Dave Thomas foundation..
I bought another 9 cube storage shelf & took the 6 cube & put in Taylors play room, & added a board for the table top.
Since I added a new computer area I could move it & now the big LONG table can handle 2 people scrapping.
I took the brown sewing table out of the closet & put in the dresser which used to be where the new computer area is.
Ahh thats better , nice & cleaned up, I want to make just a simple skirt /curtain to cover the front of the stand up work area so you dont see all the stuff I am storing under the table. Now that I have it all put away & cleaned up I really need to go drawer by drawer, etc & purge big time the stuff I dont really use. We are planning to have a rummage so I need to get rid of the stuff that is just clutter.

New little computer area, Chuck is such a good sport, his computer/bill paying area has been moved & condensed several times but I think I have a good storage set up for him. I used 2- 2cubes & a white board for the desk & I was able to put 3 of the 3 plastic storage drawers on the left for him to organize his important papers & bills.
Chuck even took a few photos of me working on shower gift for Jess college roommate.
I dont have a thing to do tomorrow cant wait to actually scrap at my new work table. I should start purging but I want to play instead, need to get Taylors book caught up.
We are going to dinner tonight & I made little note cards for the mom (her name is Joan) thus the J on the cards, & her daughters I made homemade toffee, they used to work at Wendy's for Chuck when they were in high school. They donated to Dave Thomas(founder of Wendy's) adoption organization in honor of Chucks 50th bday & also got him a "Where's the Beef?" shirt. He is wearing the shirt I will post photos tonight of Chuck with Angie & Melissa
Finally found a cute little lamp I liked for the little hall table. Makes a nice little night light?welcome light for when we are gone & come home & the hall is dark, plus lights up the photo wall..

One of my old preschool families sold me this cute toddler bed with several sheet sets, mattress pads & a bedspread.Taylor & Jess came over so Jess could help me put some shelving together for the computer/scrap room while T was napping, T thought her momma was leaving, she took a nap while we got everything put together.
Took out the big queen size bed. I hope you really do like sleeping on the roll away mom as that will be your bed when you come unless you want to curl up on T's little bed.
I was able to keep the treadmill in there & I actually have more room to walk & not feel so crowded.
Well T may have to fight Emmy for the bed, she has been in heaven sleeping on it, actually once T comes around Emmy will be running, T likes to chase her.
Chuck & the kids went to play golf so I hung out with Taylor. I know 1st day of spring break & I already got to see her. :) Auntie Natalie surprised us & brought T a cute new sweatshirt & some cute overalls she bought for T.
She was playing peek a boo behind the curtains.
I have tulips, Jess said the ones T & I planted last fall have the buds but they are not open yet. It got kind of cold today, only low 50 & windy.
ok its not really Taylors new car, but she is going to ride in it :)
The kids decided they needed more room with the car seats & all so they traded in the gas guzzling truck for this cool cross between mini van & SUV it has the 3rd row of seats in it, Chuck were just talking last week that maybe in the fall we might look into one of these & get rid of his van.
