Sand, friends & Corn dogs

Sunday after Church we went to Lowe's so G-daddy could get the stuff to work on the play area for Taylor & Landon. Lots of sand & a few landscape timbers

Stacked up & waiting for G-daddy vacation next week.

Today at Bible Study Taylor had a little friend (Sierra) to play with, Sierra 1st bday is today. They did a lot of "sharing" toys AKA taking toys, & snacking & emptying out T's diaper bag.

Mini Corn Dogs (new recipe & pretty good & easy)

4 hot dogs (cut into 5 equal pieces)

Mix all the ingredients below, let sit for 3-4 minutes & stir again

1 jiffy box of cornbread

1/3 cup milk

1 TBSP of honey

1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Spray mini muffin pans, pour 1/2 tbsp of mix in bottom of each muffin cup push a hot dog piece in the well & then cover with more muffin mix, dont over fill like I did. Well actually the pretty ones we ate first.LOL Cook 10-15 minutes, I only had to do 10 minutes, I think my oven cooks hot. It makes 20 mini corn dogs... Fun little supper...
