Jess room

cute bulletin board we did outside Jess room, the whole school is doing a "bee" theme. so I tried my best to make a 3D tree with a Bee Hive hanging from the tree, with Mrs Z on it & all the little bees have the students names on them & at the bottom we put Our class is un BEE lievable, Taylor helped she handed me the sticky tack..

The tree looks pretty good in the photo, not as good in person,LOL

Jess only has the small pile of stuff on the back table & that box on the floor that we did not get put away or gone through but if you look at where she started it looks great...She even has the papers on the students desk for Open House on Tues night.. We are so proud of her & know she is going to be an awesome 1st grade teacher, I never thought she would teach close enough that maybe I could volunteer in her room, Im hoping maybe once a month to do a scrapbooking/writing activity with her students I figure I can do it on Chucks day off, he would watch the girls for a few hours for me Im sure..:)

this cracked me up she thinks the computer mouse is a phone... She picks it up attached to the computer none the less & says "hello"

This cd/dvd stand that I rescued from a store many years ago & cut the legs off to use at preschool has seen many uses over the years. Funny story, Jess has the son of one of the owners whose store I rescued it from. I also had this little guy in preschool. T taking a snack break of course..:)

Jess room looks so much brighter after removing this navy material that the last teacher used to cover the bulletin board, I think maybe yeterday photos shows it.

Ahhh thats better. :)

T helping Jeremy get rid of stuff in Jess new classroom, the teacher before her just left all the stuff its crammed full of stuff that needs going through & purged...

whew all that hard work she needed a ride back to the room..:)

T found a roll of ribbon & proceeded to wrap herself up we decided she would be a good gift to get..

Jess new room, yes its a mess, hopefully will look better in a few days

taking a break. 10-6 we didnt stop all day.. Jess was blessed to have great helpers.

What a whirlwind, Mississinewa & Oak HIll both start on Mon with teachers day, Jess interviewed & got the Oak Hill job on Thursday night, so it looks like it will be a very busy weekend getting ready...

Old Camera

Got my old big camera back out, these were taken on Wed Family Dinner night

Rehearsal dinner that I helped with for one of my best friend since high school Val , her son Cameron (who I babysat when he was little, he is Natalie age) got married today. Val did a cute job of getting all their favorites, toys growing up, candy, etc..

Then there were family wedding photos from both sides.

The reception was at the New Garden House in the park. They had a tent set up for the over flow & crochet, corn hole & otehr out door things, but it poured rain & the tornado sirens were going off, so everyone was inside. Jess ran over to check it out, & said everything was soaked..Bummer....

Sad Day

Well I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but my camera kicked the bucket today.
So it looks like until I get batteries for my other camera there wont be any new pictures of T.
I know that is sad for all of you..Matt is probably doing the happy dance. He doesnt have a very good relationship with my camera..:)
