Dinner last night was a new recipe, I think everyone enjoyed it Im sure it wasn't like Pino Italian but for this Indiana bunch it worked..:)
26 oz jar seasoned tomato sauce
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degree
In 9x13 pan or large casserole dish, spread half of the sauce. Place the chicken on the sauce & then pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella on the chicken, then sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Cover & bake until bubbly & cheese is lightly browned about 30 minutes, (chicken juice run clear)
