Busy Day playdough & Corn cake casserole

Taylor didnt feel well yesterday so we cuddled most of the day (that is why no pictures yesterday Nana) :) So today we tackled her closet, sorted through & organized the 12 months, stored away the 3-6 months that were sleeveless summer type things. & got out the 18 months things.

Next we made mommy & her class some orange play dough, Taylor helped. I have the best recipe for homemade play dough.
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c salt
2 pk of kool aid (whatever color you want)
3T oil
2 c boiling water
Mix all the dry ingredients, add oil & boiling water. Stir quickly & mix well. When mixture is a little cooler mix with your hands. Store in air tight container or baggie. Use cookie cutters to play with dough

She wasnt sure about the flourbut then she dug right in
I made the mistake of giving her the orange Kool aid packets when I was done with them, well as you can see there must have still been a little left she had orange stained hands, plus it was all around her mouth

then we played with the play dough, she kept wanting to taste it & then she would shake her head & sputter a bit after she put it to her lips...

Next was lunch time I heard she had Pino spaghetti last night so that was lunch, she really enjoyed it
you can tell she enjoyed it by her face LOL
She actually did eat quite a bit.
